Larry now is over FinishLine Ministry coaching leaders, inspiring staff and churches with dynamic equipping messages. His content is rich and practical insight for success that will make a lasting differenceBro. Larry has over 17 years experience in hosting and organizing youth camps and leadership seminars. He married to his wife Kim and has 4 beautiful daughters.

Josh Joines is the pastor of student ministries at Faith Family Church in Victoria, TX, where he ministers to more than 350 students weekly.  Josh is a popular speaker at camps, conferences, and the Director of the Significant Church Youth Pastor’s Network.  Through his humorous and practical approach to ministry Josh has a unique and meaningful way of connecting with teens and adults alike encouraging them to live their best life for God.
